Transportation
PHCS recognizes that transportation to medical appointments when a patient is wheelchair-bound poses yet another challenge. Booking a chair van can be tedious and difficult. PHCS prides itself on being a one-stop shop for all of your home health needs and that includes wheelchair transportation! We’re able to transport patients comfortably in a clean, modern, reliable wheelchair accessible van. PHCS’s chair van is also available for use by non-patients Advanced notice and reservations are respectfully requested and highly recommended
